Meet Your Neighbour: Brunello At 27 On Fourth

Brunello At 27 on Fourth serves up traditional Tuscan cuisine and is well known for its delicious meals, warm décor and is considered a dining destination for special occasions and celebrations in Collingwood Downtown.

The Campolo family purchased the well-established restaurant in April of 2021, relocating to Collingwood from Vaughn and they collectively bring over 100 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.  Chef Adriano Senior, with his wife, Cynthia and children Adriano and Maria work as a close family unit along with Grandfather Gonzalo who creates the appetizers and desserts.

“My favourite thing about working in this business is interacting with the customers and providing excellent customer service.  It’s wonderful to establish a rapport with our regular customers and welcome them back in with a smile.  It’s always so special when people choose Brunello’s for their special occasion or a milestone celebration.” says Maria who manages the front of the house along with her brother Adriano. “We’re proud to be able to offer great food, great service, great wine and a true Italian dining experience.” continues Adriano.

Fun fact:  They have a treasure chest of treats offered to little diners as a fun surprise and delight after a family meal.

The restaurant is open Tuesday – Saturday for dinner from 5PM – 10PM and is now open for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays from 12 Noon – 3PM.  You can also book the entire restaurant on Sundays for special occasions. Whether you choose the cozy dining room or on the newly renovated patio, reservations are highly recommended.
