  • The focus of the Small Business Enterprise Centre is to provide support to start-up and existing small business enterprises during their development, retention and operation

  • The mandate of the Collingwood Downtown Business Improvement Area is to promote a clean, beautiful, vibrant and attractive central business district and to support policies which enhance and assist the retail and business community
