Blue Ridge Meats
Blue Ridge Meats is a traditional, all local and all natural butcher shop. Also sells baked goods and frozen entrees. They continually grown their operation, expanding from their fresh meat beginnings into the creation of many prepared meals. In 2011 Chris’ son Matt joined his dad at the shop, and brought his butcher experience from Montreal to Collingwood expanding the selection of their own meals & introducing new specialty sausages. All this while sustaining a strong selection of healthy farm raised meat products.
